This Privacy Policy explains how I&S Accounting Services, LLC (“I&S Accounting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website (the “Site”) or contact us through it. It applies to this Site only. Information you share with us as a client under a separate engagement agreement is governed by that agreement and by applicable professional and legal standards.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the contents of your message.

Calculator reports. When you request an MCA deal report, we collect your email address, optional name, calculator inputs, delivery status, and your follow-up and newsletter preferences. We keep this request internally to generate and deliver the PDF and provide related support. Follow-up about our services is optional and is sent only if you select that option; you may withdraw that request by replying to us. Newsletter subscription is a separate, optional choice. You may unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter or by replying to us. We use Resend to manage newsletter delivery and subscription preferences. You can receive and download the report without choosing either newsletter updates or personal follow-up.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect limited technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand site performance and usage in aggregate.

How we use your information

Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request;
Prepare a quote or proposal and communicate with you about our services;
Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
Comply with our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate our business and this Site:

Service providers who host the Site, deliver our contact-form email and requested PDF reports, and provide analytics — acting on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations;
Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety;
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Cookies and analytics

Quote drafts. When browser storage is available, we save your unfinished quote answers, contact details, and current step in that browser tab's session storage. This lets you visit pricing or refresh and continue your quote in the same tab. The draft is not submitted to us until you choose to send your quote request. Use “Start over” to clear its answers; the saved draft is also removed after a successful submission or when the browser ends the tab's session. Drafts are not synced across devices.

We count calculator completions, sample-report preview clicks, successfully accepted PDF requests, and consultation requests as daily totals. These conversion totals do not include your name, email address, deal amounts, or a visitor identifier. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for these counts. Short-lived hashed IP buckets are used separately to limit abuse.

We keep tracking to a minimum. Our analytics tools are designed to be privacy-friendly and do not use advertising cookies to profile you across other websites. Your browser settings let you control or block cookies; doing so should not affect your ability to read the Site.

Data retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services you request, and meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations — after which we delete or de-identify it.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive details (such as bank-account or Social Security numbers) through website forms or calculator reports. Use participant labels instead of sensitive personal identifiers.

Your privacy rights

You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information you provided through the Site by contacting us using the details below. Depending on where you live — for example, if you are a California resident — you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to know what information we collect and to request its deletion. We will respond consistent with applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, our Trustpilot profile or LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
