Founded in 2020, I&S grew out of years of accounting experience and a focus on businesses with complex books. MCA and syndication became our specialty; today we also support real estate, eCommerce, and other businesses across the country.

Our approach pairs experienced accountants with software we build ourselves, AI-assisted tools, and human review, including CPA review of bookkeeping transactions. Monthly bookkeeping includes software and a clearly agreed fee, with a real team you can contact when questions come up.

Tell us what you need
Start with a conversation about your business, the state of your books, and your priorities. We'll explain how we can help and what a free books review involves.

Agree on scope & sign
We confirm the services, fees, and responsibilities in writing. Every client signs a service contract and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with us before the engagement begins.

Share documents securely
We guide you through client portal access and the records we need. Upload financial documents through your signed-in portal, rather than putting sensitive details in a public website form.

Start with a clear plan
We agree on next steps, any cleanup work, and your reporting schedule. Extra work is quoted and approved before we begin, so you know what's included.
Confidentiality is part of the process.
A signed NDA sets out confidentiality obligations. Our document portal requires sign-in and limits client access to their own organization's documents. Our team reviews the accounting work, with CPA review of bookkeeping transactions.
Please keep Social Security numbers, banking credentials, and financial documents out of public contact and quote forms. We'll explain the appropriate way to share them during onboarding.
