I&S Accounting Services is a CPA-led U.S. firm that got its start doing the books most people avoid — merchant cash advance and syndication — and built a practice on getting the hard things right.
Our story
I&S Accounting Services was founded in 2020 — built on years of prior accounting experience and a simple observation: the businesses with the most complex books were the ones most underserved by ordinary bookkeeping. Syndication ledgers, multi-entity real estate, multi-channel eCommerce — the work where small mistakes compound fast.
So we specialized. Today we keep clean, CPA-reviewed books for clients across the country, pairing experienced accountants with software we build ourselves and AI that speeds up the routine work — never the judgment.
